To make it so bad, the owner who is from Puerto Rico, said that she didn't even know what the KKK was.

The costume also makes it look like they are kind of chintzy in giving out sprinkles.

Love the ice cream threat line.
The tourist would realize at once that he had struck the Land of Flowers - the City Beautiful!
