Well that's unfortunate. Seems like those are likely to go Hogan.

Meh.  Argyle and Southside probably.  NW Jax?  I think those go Brown.

But by numbers?  I think 13X is practically a non-factor.  Even when it's this tight.

Meanwhile, big upset with sitting City Council president losing.... definitely a tea party victory on this one.
