Actually bulldozen that entire complex and moving those people to Oceanway would do wonder for Cassat Ave as a whole.

This is very rude and ignorant. I live in Oceanway and it is nothing like that complex. Oceanway is a very safe neighborhood. That area is much dangerous, not just because of that complex but just becuase of everything there. People in Oceanway have sense. Besides the recent thing with Shirley Oaks, I haven't seen any crime in this entire neighborhood since 2004.
