QuoteI imagine things will change again as I get even older... sigh...

Like adequate turnaround space for your hover-round and proximity to Bingo halls and pharmacies and clinics....  :)

ROFL!

QuoteI personally hate the flat screen over the fire place... but I understand the need for maximizing space when you're short on square footage.

LOL, I have a fireplace with a tv on top... but I never use the fireplace(but use the fire pit in the yard quite a bit).  The way the living room is configured(and the limited size of the room) that was the only place for the flat screen.  I hardly watch it, so it isn't a huge deal to me... but you don't know how much I despise the positioning of that d@mn tv, haha.

Chances are if you live in a house built before 1940 the only natural spot for the tv is over the fireplace. I was lucky with my 2 places in Riverside to be able to fit an entertainment center & tv console.
And though I long to embrace, I will not replace my priorities: humour, opinion, a sense of compassion, creativity and a distaste for fashion.
