I like that last pic. Now we all need to access it. Legislation can make it happen.

A new mayor and a new city council. I don't really think a new mayor but the same council would get anything done eather. Let's clean house this year!

The list is in no particular order.  Its just five things to watch out for in 2011.

I think just a new mayor would get it done. If we have an agressive, progressive, influential mayor, I think they could push the council to do whatever they please. Peyton just did not care about DT, PERIOD.

I hope "all of the above" comes to pass... but I will be shocked if the Laura St Trio and Park View plans ever become more than wishful artist's renderings.

Let us never again vote in to office a mayor with raw land development ties outside our border.

yes a new Mayor is priority #1 and a new city council, willing to stand up to the powers that be ...They must change alot of things especially the stupid liquor license law.
Im so looking at going back home Jax is pretty worthless.

Not just a new Mayor, but the right one, and we need some new blood in city council.

The block just east of the courthouse, between Adams st and Monroe st does not seem to have a good plan for its use. I think we need to use that block to bring back for JAX, the title for "tallest skyscraper in Florida!" How great would that be?

The Laura st trio is a cornerstone to renewing the downtown core. My support for Audrey Moran in part is because of her commitment to the core. She is a relationship builder and that is what it will take to move ahead in our city. Her skill sets are perfect for this time in jacksonvilles history.
