CSX Leaving AT&T Tower

I heard CSX was getting a very sweet deal at 550.  Its not unusual for companies to move around their overflow workforce whenever leases run up.  I wouldnt read too much into it.  My company once moved across the street, literally.  

The old Bellsouth building is solid Class A office space Simms... it may not look from the outside like a lot of the modern glass-infused building being built nowadays, but its good space that just got some updates inside.

I havent seen it mentioned, but the old AHL/Suntrust building(which isnt exactly bursting at the seams with tenants) just got two more floors leased out with a Morgan and Morgan expansion.
