I guess cause they work for the city and hand out tickets to everyone else, they can just park anywhere they want, even in the pedestrian cross walk as is evidenced by this picture just taken outside of Starbucks on Forsyth!

That guy loves to park there illegally in front of Starbucks to scare off customers. Then, he gives you an attitude if you parked in the freight loading spot (hey, I was loading some coffee into my car!) and says that Starbucks doesnt know what they are doing in putting a store there. And he knows better than Starbucks, because he owns a business (which must be doing quite well given the fact that he has to work as a meter maid during the day). ::) >:(
The whole thing is a joke and nobody at city hall gives a damn.
