Title: Chief Judge Facing Arrest?

Police are investigating reports that Chief Judge John Moran punched his wife in the mouth during an alcohol fueld argument at their San Marco home.  Could he be facing arrest and removal from the bench??  More here:

A report of a bloody, alcohol-involved domestic brawl involving Chief Circuit Judge Donald Moran Jr. and his wife of 28 years is being investigated by Jacksonville police, a Sheriff's Office report said Tuesday.

This is the same guy that was making demands for the new courthouse and for some reason Peyton was taking notes.

Actually, he was right about the need for a new courthouse but wrong on (allegedly) punching his wife in the face.  Of course, he is entitled to a presumption of innocence like everyone else, but this looks bad.

I think he might have been insisting on the spreadout style courthouse, not a highrise courthouse.

I'm standing behind this judge. He's a good guy and innoce t until proven guilty.
