On a much smaller scale, I wonder if you could entice people to LIVE on a Pier for much
cheaper than it would cost to live vertically on a magnificent Shipyards high rise condo?
That way, you still have land space for a vertical building in the future AND you have a long PARK PIER
on top of where people live and retail space.
