Why don't we call in all the zoning and code violations on the SPAR building?

Maybe we can get rid of them and quit losing all the historic building fabric.

Beautiful houses?

A healthy mix of new and old is best I think for the area. New buildings like this are an energizer to attract people and businesses to the area, and perhaps inspire them to have the patience to restore those old homes into something special.
