Friday, July 9th from 9p-2a please come visit 'The Core' Downtown and check out the 'The Great Pirate Party'.
The Core is comprised of: De Real Ting Cafe, Dive Bar, Dos Gatos, Lit, Mark's, Maverick's, The Ivy, The Landing and The Twisted Martini. All the bars are working together with DVI this summer and beyond and to create fun Friday theme parties that will make Downtown THE Nightlife Destination of choice.
So, The Pirate Party is our next event. Visit any bar listed to start, then mosey around to the others at your own pace. Each bar has it's own drink specials, contests, etc.
Costumes encouraged but not required!

I certainly won't make the same mistake again dressing up for the occasion like I did for the Great Fire party(I spent my entire night explaining why I was dressed in devil attire)... but I may try to meander on downtown tomorrow night, whats the deal with everyone?
