It is a nice vidio Lunican! Too bad the current administration doesn't have one either!  Gonna take a Administration change, IMHO, to get something positive moving rather than pet projects that cost the taxpayers!

Yep that would have looked nice on the waterfront.

What a game changer that would have been.  Does anyone have a video of what DT would look like with the carnival Simon talked about putting at the site...

you do realize that the Shipyards project was conceived under Mayor Peyton? And I'm not sure you can blame LandMar's bankruptcy on him.

looks a little like a ultra-modern cross between the Capitol and the Whitehouse. :)

Is that the theme for the new "Grand Theft Auto, J-ville?  The music kinda made me think someone was getting whacked soon.

If we have a really good 3D artist, how about putting together an image that shows all of the projects for North and Southbank and show what things would have looked like had all of those ideas went thru. That would be interesting.

Jason has a couple things like that.  I must warn you, it's a little depressing to look at.

Excellent work.  Did you ever do San Marco Riverwalk Village ( I think that's the name) and St John's Riverfront District, the current Radisson and JEA Property??

Also, I think I remember you doing a few sample towers on existing surface lots in the core.  Do you have that one?

Never did either of those... would have made a MASSIVE difference on the downtown skyline.

I do have a ton of my "visions" showing vacant lots filled up with towers.  I'll post some of them when I get a chance.

I actually think alot of projects failed because they were not realistic. The bank hotel and trio project is very realistic and feasible, and I see it coming to frutation. All those other project were like a fantasy that never came true.

I love the renderings of Main Street... Short of replacing some of what we lost along that strip and a mix of that along with the renderings, this is awesome.  From someone who knows nothing about 3-D magic like this ,   This looks awesome.

The views from the St John's would have been amazing. They would get the North/South in addition to the East/West of the river. Its a shame that I believe in every carrot that has been dangled before us for the last 10 years.

I believed most of them as well.  The crazy thing is that if things would have been moved along more hastily we might actually have seen much more come to fruition.
