All of the people that said they wouldn't buy tickets because of Leftwich, better step up to the plate and buy them. Although I am certain they will find another excuse.

I had no idea the season opener is on the verge of being blacked out. They just mentioned it on tv.

That was such a crap excuse.  Mark Brunell was incredibly popular, yet they needed Winn-Dixie to bail them out of blackouts.

Yes, the Jaguars have had a bit of a rough go at it this offseason. 8-8 last year, and not nearly as good of a schedule will do that.  They've recently offered a four game pack for the colts game with three crap games to try to fill in the gaps, but it may be a tough year.

Personally, I have season tickets, so I'm not to concerned about the blackouts, but it does hurt the team.

I thought it was going to happen in February.  This is a pretty tough decision to make, 8 days before the first game.  I just hope Del Rio is confident in it

It's about time!!! I hope Garrard was getting just as many snaps in practice as Leftwich was because there will be no room for excuses when changing them out this far into the game..This should've been done 2 weeks ago!! Del Rio had more than enough time to evaluate Leftwich's comeback from his surgery. The outcome is still the same, HE SUCKS!!! He's not now and never was worth what he got paid!!!

Good Riddance!

We are finally rid of Lefty and that awkward throw of his, that he has absolutely refused to correct.

I admire his toughness, but he's not mobile. He's like a statue back there. Maybe he'll get along better somewhere else, but he couldn't cut it here.

Maybe, (just maybe), Shack is on his way out too. I can dream can't I?  ::)

Can we now expect a sellout this Sunday?

Ha! It's in between paydays for me, but I've been checking ticket prices on StubHub and want to bid on a pair at least. Probably end up going to something like the Atlanta game (cause there is little interest and it's cheap), but I'll be at a few this season. I would have also went whether it was Lefty leading or not, I just hope the Garrard holdouts will step up to the plate now  :)
