For those that can't afford a season ticket but still want to attend a game this year, there is an option RIGHT NOW where you can get a ticket and a local charity can get anywhere from $10 to $20 in return just from you buying a ticket.!
The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida is organizing this. There are several charity recipients available. Some examples are Ronald McDonald House, MOCA, Jax Libraries, Helping Hands, Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies, MS, Red Cross, Dreams Come True... and many others. You chose which participating charity you want the money to go to!!
You can't buy single game tickets from the Jags yet. This particular Nonprofit Center initiative is part of the group sales effort the Jags have set aside ticket allocations for. This is as WIN-WIN as it gets. Get to help your hometown team, help a local charity out while doing it, and have the civic pride by knowing you are making your community better!!!!!

I was thinking about organizing a tailgate event for one game this year. If enough people are down, let me know which game you would want to attend, grab a ticket through this NonProfit Center program, and I'll organize my event around it. I can't think of many things better than that.
Sounds like a good deal. For those of you who don't have season tickets, hopefully attending a game will inspire you to go to more than just one game this upcoming season. I'm really proud that the Jaguars have gotten so creative this off-season with their ticket marketing plans. This one is a particularly good idea since it helps the city in multiple ways.

Don't forget that many Jacksonville charities also accept ticket donations, either to raffle off or to provide to people who could not otherwise afford to go. These include Jacksonville Historical Society, the Jaguars Foundation, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northeast FL, the USO, and (if I'm not mistaken) the Police Athletic League. The ticket office can distribute the tickets for you directly too.
This sounds awesome. I am going to try and utilize this for at least one game. Go Jags and go Sharks!
Sharks are nice side-show, but the Jags provide more to this community. Support the team that supports the community!
