Anyone know when it will be open or anything else about it?

It's open and pretty good. Just your basic BBQ, no frills. They will have a hard time with Mojos just a few minutes down the road IMO. I might go to this place once for every 3 times I go to mojos. I thought the prices were really good though. I think if I wanted take out BBQ this will be the place rather than driving down to lakewood, quick and cheap.
Just tried it tonight, right before they were closing at 8 pm.
The owner, dressed in a suit, greeted us at the door and set me and my lady up at table right by the window facing San Marco Blvd and got us service right away.
As for the food, I played it safe since I was first timer. I had baked beans, fries and a "sloppy Q" Which was a healthly portion of pulled pork and beef dripped in their sweet honey bbq sauce on two toasted buns.
I have to admit, we filled up on some of the best baked beans i've ever had from a bbq joint (i usually don't care for them) So by the time it came to my sandwich, i was nearly full and couldn't enjoy it properly. I'd say it leans on the side of greasy goodness. It's even better left over.
It's a unique option to have in San Marco, they seem to have good food (from what i tried), the prices are right and they dont try too hard as in it's not pretensious. a welcome break from the other eateries nearby.
Plus you can always walk next door afterwards and poke fun at the dance trance ladies bouncing around awkwardly for a post meal treat :D

This place is great. Great food and warming people.They are even open for breakfast and deliver during lunch. try it out!
