The new DDD is on tonight featuring Singletons in Mayport!!
10:00 pm on Food Network!!
just watched it...not a bad lil piece. lasted about 7 minutes or so...
I watched it and it made me want to go there.
Ah I missed it (i'm DVR-less) But I did just eat at Singleton's this past Saturday. I"ll have to catch it again on repeats, or hopefully on demand.
Does anyone know what the title of the episode was so I can search for it and record it? I missed it last night.

Awesome. Thanks.
I watched it last night. I lived off Heckshire for awhile when I was young. Singleton's was our 'Friday night out on the town' lol.
Christie asked me 'whats a sheepsheads?' Im like, it was the fish I caught in mass numbers off our old Northside dock growing up, I really can't believe with all the amazing fish caught off our coasts(Jacksonville has some of the best snapper and grouper ANYWHERE) that they featured that nasty fish on national tv, lol!!!
I do miss that chowder though!!!!
13 Gypsies is next!!!
Sheep's Head is an awesome fish though. Singleton's isn't my absolute favorite place but I'll be damned if they don't fry up some of the best sheep's head nuggets I've ever had.
Different strokes for different folks I guess. I dont like squash, lima beans or liver either. But damn if some people love it haha. Maybe my sheepshead dislike stems from the fact that we ate so much of it growing up, lol.
Anyway, I found it humerous that fish was featured over the likes of say snapper. Snapper and grouper caught right here off our coast is featured in high end restaurants across the country. You can't say the same for sheepshead :)
