If I'm not mistaken, that looks like a KBJ design!  I can spot their distinctive architectural style anywhere.  And come on.. free from Hionedis, please.  It will stay like that for infinity, although that building and the lot next to it would make a nice parking lot or pocket park, don't you think?

Now that you mention it, the lot next door is being turned into a surface parking lot for the Churchwell Lofts project.

wow, I guess they decided to park on the grass instead of putting down asphalt.
