For those who are unaccountably unaware of such things, the First Lady of Jacksonville has returned to Club Metro, the cities largest gay/lesbian/transgender bar, after what seems like years of absence.
More importantly, she has triumphantly returned to her home bar.
Why the long absence from the legendary Club Illusions? One might ask. Was she in jail one might ask?
No! Miss Wade has merely on sabatical in the deepest part of Georgia helping under priveleged rednecks gather enough teeth from road kill , so the can have a full set of their own.
After suffering an emotional collapse in the face of so much dental horror, she did spend a few months in a convalescent home.
But now you can see the legend in action every wednesday, thursday (and occasional Fridays and Saturday) Nights at Club Metro.
Recently after seeing Miss Wades some what on the edge of insanity show , Stephen Dare ranked it 9 out of 10 barcrawls a new record for men in dresses.
Miss Wade is there, gloriously creating immortal stage triumphs every wednesday night. The main bars feature a big game of poker and line dancing, but the Theatre hosts her thrilling and death defying show at 10:30 and 12 midnight. The Witching Hour.
Thursday Nights show features a talent contest, and 2 shows at 11pm and 12
Miss Wade would like to extend an invitation to the poor and deprived masses of MetroJacksonville readers to her show.
For every person that mentions metrojacksonville to her at the show she promises to either
1. Make up one vile and completely untrue story about Stephen Dare or
2. Tell one sweet and completely untrue story about Louise DeSpain.
