Title: Looking for commercial in Downtown
Post by: newzgrrl on February 25, 2010, 11:41:54 AM
I'm not sure if this is the right place, but here goes. My office is looking to leave our current location around Emerson and I am advocating for a move Downtown. My boss is not a fan -- she's in favor of a move to the Southside/Deerwood area -- so I'm looking for help.

We have already contacted a commercial real estate agent who has been in town for a while. He knows spaces all over the urban core. What I'm looking for is someone who would be familiar with smaller places in Springfield, Riverside or San Marco, converted homes that are used as offices. Can anyone here recommend locations or agents familiar with that kind of property?

Many, many thanks in advance for keeping another office out of the suburban mess.

Newzgrrl, Give me a ring if all else fails. I'm a Realtor who specializes in the Historic
districts. A few of my clients are FUSION and THIRTEEN GYPSIES, both of whom
I helped find great locations for.
Thanks, MusicMan
