Hi everyone,

My name is Ulysses and I'm an undergrad at Cornell University pursuing a dual degree in City & Regional Planning and Government. I've been keeping up with all the news on here ever since I left Jax to go to school and I finally decided to join!

Ulysses, welcome.  You can use Jax and NE Florida as case studies in your classes.  When you graduate, maybe you can come back here with some of your fellow classmates and clean up the messes still being manufactured.  Like the Outer Beltway and new County Courthouse spread on the City ranch downtown.  ;D
