Its owned by Emly Benham I believe, it looks really nice, I dont know much about what they are serving yet though.

I heard it was going to be tapas- my mom is pretty nosey and has been asking the construction workers for info.

Not open yet, no one really knows. What we do know is that there is no parking next door, the owner of the gas station is being a real butthead, put up NO PARKING signs everywhere, NO TRESPASSING, apparently is a recluse and hates people.

The owner of the gas station is quite accommodating. He allows the construction crew (from 'Town) to use his driveway. He allows The Shoppes of Avondale to use his property during the Avondale 5k run and also for the holiday display. He is trying to sell it so why should he give up part of his property when it may effect his selling of it to a potential buyer who may utilize it?
