Title: Springfield's Walkscore
Post by: seanhimself on February 03, 2010, 01:36:10 PM
I'm not sure if this has been posted, but this is a neat site to find out how walkable an area is.

I put in N. Liberty St... 91/100.

You entered zip 32202...try again with 32206.  My score was a only little bit better but the nearby businesses were accurate.

I've never liked the fact that Walkscore bases everything on certain types of businesses nearby.  It doesn't tell you anything about the neighborhood, tree canopy, traffic, condition of streets, etc.
