Awesome Food. Great Price. Great Owners (Clinton and Sonya) This is a really good deal considering the quality of the food. They use proceeds from their business to teach financial literacy to inner city kids.
They have Chicken & Waffles! That's good enough for me to come in from the 'burbs!
And Baked Alaska. It's a hidden gem here in Springfield.
I had the turkey sandwich (warmed), side of seafood salad, bag of chips, and a drink for $5.33.
Darn good value.
The Roast Beef Tanker (warmed) is very tasty. Sandwich with side, chips and a drink for $5. Clinton and Sonya may need to continue this deal.
I was there one day during "class time" it was awesome- packed house and very beneficial to the children and young adults present. I really, really like the food and what the owners are trying to accomplish, I am going to make sure I drop in and eat more often!
My fav is the chicken salad sandwich & the roast beef tanker!
Pastor's Famous Seafood Salad is ridonkulously good....
