Well y'all, it took some doing, but the insane idea of trolley boats has quite a history! I ran across this OMG PHOTO and throught you photo, or JTA fans, would enjoy it.

Hey, if we can keep the wires from tipping over on those buoys then I'm all for it, anyway, it looks like the trolley boat would be safer for Manatees. Well unless of course there is a short circuit and a sinking incident.
