FYI to all SPRINGFIELDERS! Santa is coming to town on the Deuce!!! Tonight starting at 6:30, Santa will be riding through the neighborhood on top of the Deuce's Engine Truck. Let your neighbors know!!!
We had a Santa on Walnut St but no engine. Doesn't matter though, everyone seemed really happy to see him and it was really awesome of SPAR or whoever was running this to give out gifts to the kids.
Thanks Dan for making that happen... The neighborhood kids really enjoyed it, I know mine did.. Giving up your Christmas eve to make other families, whether they be rich or poor, black or white, happy. That's the true spirit of Christmas.. Thanks Dan!!!
A big thanks to Santa also. Even the big "kids" loved the visit. Everybody came back inside excited and happy and proud to live in such a cool neighborhood.
