Living his dream.
That’s the best way to describe what entertainment entrepreneur Dustin Greer is doing. He and his partners and investors are creating the latest addition to Downtown’s Entertainment Zone, an as-yet unnamed club on Ocean Street between East Bay and Forsyth streets.

Nice article.  Sounds like we just need a handful of dedicated individuals to get the ball rolling.  I'm excited that within a month we will have added 2 night spots to the downtown scene.

The TU was right today with the E district, if they don't get more retail in there to support what is there, it will surely die.

So is this "Lit", or a different place we're talking about?

Why not call the club Oceans 11?  Seems to lend itself perfectly.  (or Urban Bourbon?)

This is sooo crazy. Just a few months before the owners of Ivey bought their building a buddy of mine started getting me all worked up about opening a bar with him. Two of the three places we considered were where Ivey is and 11 Ocean. Guess I had the right location ideas, just didn't have the funds. I'm really excited to see this place go up! I drove by the other day and saw they have the windows covered. Dos Gatos is one of my new favorites so I hope this one is up to par. Keep the Downtown bars a com'n!  ;D
