"A representative in the city's special events office said the Rivalry Nights event planned for today at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville has been canceled.
The rock band Three Doors Down was to be a part of that event, as well as a Hot Import Nights car competition and a martial arts exhibition by Steven Seagal.
The city representative said by e-mail that it was canceled by the private promoter, possibly because of logistical and financial problems.
If you purchased tickets online, a refund should automatically be credited to your account. Tickets were also sold in Walgreens stores, where refunds are available."

I saw a commercial for a reality show the other night where he was working as a cop. Every time I see him I always think of Will Saso from Mad TV impersonating him. Which leads me to think of Kenny Rogers
I, for one, am very glad this event was canceled. The country has enough to make fun of us for already, an import car show/ three doors down concert/ Steven Seagal exhibition would just be adding fuel to the fire.
My concern is, where are all those would be patrons going to end up? Mavericks/ the landing will already be packed!

For those interested in a good laugh, Seagal has a new show on A&E around Nov 15, called The Police or something like that, he is a policeman now, showing off his bad-A$$ attitude or something like that. I'd never call him an idiot to his face, but he screwed up the perfect babe, Kelli LeBrock, for a go with their babysitter. Lost all respect for the dude after that.
