In case you all missed the big display at Art Walk, thought you'd want to know about tomorrow's Farm to Table Tour at RAM. RAM was one of just a dozen markets in the country that Toyota selected for this unique promotion. Some of the city's best chefs are pairing with RAM's farmers to create locally sourced and seasonal dishes for everyone to sample; participating restaurants include Chew, Uptown Market, Eleven South, Taverna, Pastiche, Richard Nunn, Biscottis, Burrito Gallery, Orsay, Cafe Du Marche, Sweet Pete, and Bistro AIX. There will be four stations throughout the market, and the free tastings run from 10:30 till 2:30.
The Toyota crew is offering free culinary herbs and other promotions, as well as the chance to test drive a 3rd generation Prius and the new Highlander Hybrid--I'm intrigued to see where they'll place the test drive track.
