So, my fiance is friends with Mike Sims-Walker on Twitter and earlier in the week they were messaging back and forth because Mike wanted to start a tradition for whenever he scored. What they came up with was the "Duval Dive" it's like the Lambeau Leap, but for Jacksonville. Anyway, Mike told my fiance that if he scored he was coming to us (We sit in the front row of the NEZ) and he stayed true to his word. Right after he scored we saw him scanning 123's front row for us and when he locked on he came running. It was awesome!
I guess the news is calling it that "Jaguar Jump" but MS-W named it the Duval Dive himself, so that's what I'm calling it. Either way, it was definitely one of my favorite Jaguar moments. :)

Nice! That beard is killer, too.
From all accounts he is a good guy on a personal level and over the last two games is developing into what the Jags have wanted him to be on the field. Hopefully that continues. Careful with the "Duval Dive" (and other rehearsed dances) though...he has has been a bit injury prone in his brief history in Jax. :)
I love the relationships the players on this team cultivate with fans. There is not this kind of access in other cities.
I was thinking the same thing re his injuries.Maybe that's why he took his time to leap up there.
Do we have the next Jimmy Smith? I've been impressed with his season so far and better yet he's giving the veteran Holt a run for his money. Keep up the good work!
IMO, the "Duval Dive" is money!
I sure hope he keeps it up. I have him on my fantasy team
He has been great the last few weeks. Cool story.
So that's what Santa does on the "off-season".
I love it! The Duval Dive. Let's see some more of those.
"Duval Dive" it is, I will do my part to spread the word. Good game MS-W....
MS-W looks like he'll be a beast if he can stay on the field. Be gentle with him during those dives!
