Title: PANDA EXPRESS
Post by: British Shoe Company on October 03, 2009, 09:42:03 AM
Clean, and tasty Chinese food.  We need one at I95, and International Golf Pkwy.  Just like the St. Johns Town Center has.  If you like Chinese food, you will love Panda Express.

I do not think so, they do have great pork, and Mandarin chicken!  I do not have any benefit for telling people I like Panda Express.  At McDonald's they raised the price on the #11 breakfast meal from $4.28 to $5.08.   (20% increase in the price) which upset me, so  I canceled the order.  I also think Burger King was smart getting Tony Stewart to help turn sales around!

The PE I stopped at in Morrow, GA was descent, but there are better options around here than a drive thru Chinese food chain, IMO.

PE started as a mall food court chain as far as I know, then decided to expand. It seems to be working for them, so I won't knock them for that. In this fast-paced world we live in, this isn't shocking.

If I was to go to a chain around here, I'd prefer PF Chang's. I wish they'd bring their Pei Wei brand here, which is like Jason's Deli for Chinese/Asian fusion food. Their closest location right now is on Colonial Drive at McGuire Blvd near Orlando's Fashion Square Mall and Orlando Executive Airport.

PF Chang's is better, however it's at a much higher price.  PE has a drive thru, and seems to be very clean, and organized.   I like Japanese better, however it cost more too.

How stupid to build a Panda Express on Baymeadows Rd. without a drive thru.  The one at the SJTC has a drive thru.  I am more used to it now.  The enthusiasm has diminished, because they mix up orders.  (Check your order before you drive off)  The food still is clean Chinese food.

Apparently a difficult thing to achieve if you read the health department reports for asian food resturants.

Wait the one with sushi?  I've eaten there..... a few times. ;/

there's also this sushi place on Atlantic in the justin plaza (that one place that has that one adult store, haha) I think it's called sushi wok or something.  The last time my ex and I ate there, there was a tiny roach on one of our plates.  Needless to say, we never ate there again. ;/

Quality has declined.  Pork is full of fat, even after I complained, they gave me more poor quality pork.   Only  great item now in my opinion is the "Chicken egg roll.  They cost $1.25 each.  2 of them hit the spot.

Japanese food is better, and cleaner than Chinese food.
