Demos, the Institute for Women's Policy Research, the National Council of Women's Organizations, the Women's Research and Education Institute, the National Partnership for Women and Families, and Women Thrive Worldwide are proud to host a special briefing on Capitol Hill featuring Demos Distinguished Senior Fellow Linda Tarr-Whelan. Tarr-Whelan will discuss her groundbreaking new book, Women Lead the Way: You Guide to Stepping up to Leadership and Changing the World, followed by remarks from two leading members of Congress: Senator Mary Landrieu (Louisiana) and Representative Rosa DeLauro (Connecticut, 3rd District).
