I am a newbie. I signed up for the purpose of this posting. Has anyone out there who banks at Vystar had trouble with electronic payments to JEA?

I am having trouble getting on JEA's site right now. It will not load, but I have been paying my JEA bill online with Vystar for the last couple years without a problem.

I have trouble using my Vystar ATM card getting gas at Gate :( So I go to Hess or anyone else.
