I saw this on city-data.com. They to think it will never get built. Its time for Miami to chill, they've built quite enough over the last few years.

I wonder if we could build our own version on Exchange Island? The new Matthews Bridge could run right through it!

What would we call our version? Oh, and it would HAVE to be at leat 4,000 feet tall.....
