Hey Lake, any "completed" photos?
Have the other units sold yet?
Lots of interest and close calls but no additional sells right now.
The first unit was built and completed for a buyer who had intended to move a computer animation operation into the space. Unfortunately, that deal fell through as we prepared to close on it around Christmas. Since that time, we've been converting the interior into a space that can also serve as a loft residence. I'm hoping to get that work completed by the end of this month. Right now its available for sale or lease. We've also changed our original concept. While its still live/work, the units are being redesigned (focusing on market rate, as opposed to luxury) to help lower our construction costs, which in turn helps lower the asking prices, considering local residential market conditions. At the same time we're also preparing to construct the shell of the second unit by this Summer.
Here are a few images, although these were taken before we started interior work this year.

The finishing work looks fantastic. I would love to be in a financial situation that would allow me to buy one.
The roof terrace is the top amenity, IMO. The views look great.
