Title: looking into opening business downtown
Post by: wine-o-man on September 10, 2009, 03:51:09 PM
New to the area and wondering if there are any incentive ($$$) loans/breaks etc for starting a business downtown. Thought I would ask the forum and see if anyone knows who to talk to. Save myself a few phone calls  ;)
Thanks!

if you consider Springfield downtown, then you may have some options: either an empowerment zone or very inexpensive / free rent from a local, kind, business that owns some propety on Main Street. be worth a shot.
