Well, its good to know that the city didnt just recently become unable to start/finish projects.

Wow, nice find.  I wonder why none of the improvements discussed in this interview neer became reality.  Its also interesting to see traffic was bad then and it's still bad now, despite our road infrastructure multiplying in size along with the population.  When will we realize and accept we can't pave ourselves out of traffic congestion?

Wow...  And NOTHING has changed to this day.  Talk about generations of inept lazy southern government.

Pony rides and hot dog carts..  Thats all this city is about.
