I'm sorry but I couldnt help but laught horribly at this.
Oh my dear goodness; he looks like a wild and wooly "off the chain" man anyway. Spraying aerosol in his mouth? And then a spark from the Taser makes him explode into flames. Not funny, but shows proof that these are wild and wacky times in which we live.

Well, I am yet to see that in my daily trips past Hemming Plaza. :)
Just maybe this is the answer? Maybe? Take any government offical and fill their mouths with spray paint. After which we will check the level of fires and adjust it to clean up society as needed.
