I have a sort of doubtful feeling about any one claiming to be a major developer and then misspelling the text of the announcements:QuoteBLACK HAMMOCK:

That was to be where "Esplande" was going to be built. Consider it dead.
Also, every other St. Augustine property listed on that site seems to be either on hold or dead.
