This is at least the third or forth time Mitch Montgomery has bankrupt his business.  Anyone that does business with him is asking for it.  Let's hope his personal guarantees are enforced this time.

Just reading that article, it doesn't look like they are a major player at Nocatee or Amelia.

The neighborhoods within Nocatee are a mixed bag of developers.  The master planner was the PARC Group.
