Anyone know what the timeline is for the John Gorrie renovation on Stockton Street?

Projected finish date? or any info at all?

It's on my mail route, so I had a chance to talk to the project super a month ago. The plans are to have 53 condos ready by spring 2011.

53? wow, that's a lot.

The commerical area acorss the street (where 13 gypsy is) should really come to life then.

Wasn't there also some plan for putting some more retail spaces on the John Gorrie Property that would face across Stockton St. towards the Marybuilt? Was that part of the condo conversion project or something for later?
