WOW! That's awesome! Great building. We can use more residential space. I hope they build it soon.

This Building looks out of place. I mean is this South Beach or Jacksonville? The Art Deco color sceme does not fit the site context and the use of materials should better represent North East Florida.

Great looking building; but it does look South Floridish and not indicative of the traditional architecture for Jacksonville; notice I said Jacksonville and not "North Florida;" there really is no indicative architectural style for North or Northeast Florida, however there is, in general for Jacksonville.

Though Jacksonville is a "hodge podge" of different architectural styles skyscraper-wise, we should keep within the context of "office" styling for these scrapers and not try to mimick South Florida, Miami, Miami Beach or South Beach designs.
