HIGHWAYS TO HELL
Wow, so we're wrapping buses and looking for more cuts to our existing transit...
Meanwhile...
We are building roads, planting trees, and maybe even using finger paints!
And they wonder...??
WHY, JTA should be split into Transit Agency and Highway Authority!
DUH!
