I really like this building. I think it looks sharps, is a perfect height for that area and interacts well with the street.
It, along with 200 Riverside and Brooklyn Park, should really change the atmosphere of Riverside Avenue to more of a Buckhead / Peachtree type atmosphere (a weird mixture of urban and suburban buildings interacting with one another). Hopefully, they will spur additional urban development along that corridor.
QuoteConstruction for Fidelity Pocket Park, 601 Riverside Ave. between Rosselle Street and Computer Power Place, $261,963; contractor is Fickling Construction Inc.; owner is Fidelity National Financial; architect is Rolland Delvalle & Bradley Inc.
