Looks to me like a "Someone outside the know", created this... Let's see Mr. Sprague, invented the electric trolley in RICHMOND, but other then bus they have the influence of Corridor services on Amtrak. So win, lose or draw, Richmond beats us.
In our list Phoenix - Through St. Louis, is all LIGHT RAIL or streetcar. Blowing away the bus or even the surburban commuter rail lines, light rail rules, mass transit.
Orlando? Maybe a MICKEY MOUSE factor here, as Orlando lags quite a few cities BELOW Jacksonville in bus fleet size and scheduled operations. Wanna bet? Jax would beat Orlando with two legs tied behind our backs.
Grand Rapids, while I'm not familiar with their bus system, I have heard good things from that area. GR also has the advantage of AMTRAK CORRIDOR service to Chicago. There are also plans to replace the old streetcar routes, that were converted to bus 40+ years ago. Michigan could teach us a lesson or two, one has to wonder is Orlando listening? Do you know how tough it is for a unreconstructed SOUTHRON to admit Grand Rapids is better then us? They are!

According to the cityguides.com article, one of the big pluses for Orlando is that it's buses are free; Other then that I'm with Ock on not seeing anything special about O-Town's transit.
