Just curious, why did they put new windows in at the Barnett but not the Trio? Was there a full renovation started but then stopped after the windows went in? I have wondered why they didn't do something like this at the Trio to at least protect it somewhat from the elements.

I believe it was because back 10 years ago, different developers had 112 vs LST.
