Thanks for the post. SRG does do some things that benefit everyone. Plus, Mack knows that once you remove the chain link fence in Springfield, you can not put it back again. Good move.
I've been waiting for this day. I've got so much junk saved up to dump! just kidding..
Mack has also been trying to convince Mr. Hionedes to allow tenents to use some of his properties like he has done with zombie bikes and burro bags. I think it is a great start and I wish people would give Mack the credit he deserves for being a visionary instead of bashing him as a greedy developer. Mack gets it and he is a good guy.
I'm certainly thrilled to see that fence come down, and will be more than happy to give credit where it is due. If that's Mack behind this, then a big thumbs up to him for that.
Awesome! Props to Mack and the SRG crew!
In all fairness, there are some who do bash SRG. \

And yes Mack does get it!
Update: The fence removal will include 4 lots on Main Street. SRG has agreed to manage the lots and keep them free from dumping and squatters.
Well that's great news!!!!!!!!!
NIce. Anything to make Main St look less blighted!

Perhaps some of his properties downtown and on Main st will also go into foreclosure. Not to wish ill on him, but this could be a good thing as they may end up in the hands of someone who will do something with them.
