Emly Benham - Mixed use high-end shoe & handbag store and restaurant/cafe(???) with a two story, 3,100 SF addition at the rear (3611 St. John's Ave).

That would be sweet.  I'm tired of looking that empty Casablanca storefront.

Aren't they at 3635 St. John's?

If not, then it is on their website.
