Post by: SteveBaileyPlaywright on December 16, 2008, 08:22:50 AM
"World premiere" of a new two-act comedy, Testing: A Week in the Life of an Ex-Teacher, sure to appeal to all teachers and other disgruntled workers. As to be expected from a writer who's also an embittered ex-teacher, please be warned that the play contains very adult language and is not suitable for children or animals.

The play will be performed at Neptune Beach Senior Activity Center, 2004 Ocean Ave., Neptune Beach, FL. All performances will be at 8 p.m. Performance dates are Jan. 30 and 31 and Feb. 6 and 7, 2009. Admission: $10.00. Teachers who provide teacher ID at the door will be charged only $5.00 admission.

(Directions to the venue: Take Atlantic Blvd.east toward the Beaches. When you reach Atlantic Beach, turn right at Penman Road. When you reach the corner of Penman Rd. and Florida Blvd., take a 45-degree right turn onto Forest Avenue; the Center will be approx. 10 blocks down, on the right.)
