Literally rapturous.
Most people know Lisa Gerrard through her work composing the theme song for "Gladiator", or most of the score for "300". Many might know her from Dead Can Dance. Always amazing and haunting, she has outdone herself in this release.
This is a fully matured, emotionally produced work of art that is her most beautiful and ethereal to date.
I cannot recommend the music more highly.
Definitely a stay at home with the red wine and plans for crazy beautiful sex kind of music.
