I thought I'd start a thread for comments and questions about the new board format.
So far, I am pleased with the new format. It has most of the functionality I'm familiar with from other board hosting sites.
Something that isn't working - the "strike out" feature. I tried to use it in a post the other day, and the word appeared without being struck out. This is both with manually entering the and using the Strikeout button.
OK, I used both methods in the above, and both appear struck out, but the line is very very faint.
It's working pretty well. The entire site was migrated to a new server and database and it appears to be much faster. Fun fact, the old server was located in Milwaukee, WI and the new one is in Miami so that helps with the speed a little bit.
Also, it works much better on a phone now.

It looks like it's working to me.
OK, I see, I guess due to the font this board uses, the strike-out line is
extremely faint.
Trying something
else - combining strike and bold.
Same result, just in bold, the strikeout line is too thin. (At least for my old eyes)
You can probably change the font in your browser.
Tried a few, no improvement. For grins and giggles, I checked another message board I'm on, that uses a different base - hard to see the strike-out line there, too. Maybe it's my old eyes.

It does work better on a cell phone now . I like it so far.
